        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the registry
   to correct the description of Exhibit P2 in the appendix of the judgment
   as "True copy of I.A 2324/2016, in O.S No. 88/2016 on the file of the
   Subordinate Judges Court, Thiruvananthapuram" and issue a fresh certified
   copy incorporating the correction made, in the interest of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S R.RANJANIE, R.LAKSHMI NARAYAN & MEERA M, Advocates for the
   petitioners, the court passed the following:

Heard the learned cousel for the petitioner. The correction sought for is allowed. The Registry will carry out the correction and shall issue a fresh certified copy, without any delay.
