Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances

ORDER
All these writ petitions question the decision of
the Central Government which refuses to recognize
the claim of petitioners for retrospective revision of
pay scales with effect from 01.01.1997. Learned
counsel appearing for the petitioners Dr.Sebastian
Champappilly points out before this Court that in W.P.
(C)No.2175 of 2022, a learned Single Judge of the
High Court of Karnataka has rendered a judgment
on 04.07.2023 wherein the claim of the petitioners
therein was allowed and on a perusal of the said
judgment, this Court prima facie views that the issue
is covered by the judgment of the learned Single
Judge of the High Court of Karnataka. Sri.Saji
Varghese T.G., learned counsel appearing for
W.P.(C) No. 26734 of 2018 and conn.cases
respondent Nos.1 and 2 however submits that the
company has challenged the said judgment before the
Division Bench in W.A. No.955 of 2023 and the Division
Bench of the High Court of Karnataka has finally heard
the matter and reserved for judgment. Awaiting the
final judgment of the Division Bench of the High Court
of Karnataka in the appeal referred to above.
