     THIS     WRIT   PETITION   (CIVIL)   HAVING   BEEN   FINALLY   HEARD   ON
05.04.2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                        JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the registered owner of an

autorickshaw bearing Registration No.KL-39/D.

7197. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for

the following relief:

"i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order under Article 226 of the Constitution and Exhibit.P4 requests submitted by the petitioner and take action accordingly to ensure the parking of the petitioner's autorikshaw bearing registration No.KL-39/D.7197 at any of the approved stands within the Thrikkakara Municipal limit as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a short time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

2. Since a Traffic Regulatory Committee has

been constituted for the Thrikkakara Municipality

in terms of Section 72 of the Kerala Police Act,

2011, if the petitioner has any surviving grievances,

it will be open to the petitioner to approach the

Traffic Regulatory Committee for the redressal of

the grievances.

With the said liberty, the writ petition is

disposed of.
