learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted

that the work in question has already been

completed; and that, therefore, no orders are

required in this writ petition.

petitioner, which appears to validate the afore

submissions of the 1st respondent.

In the afore circumstances, this writ

petition is closed without any orders; however,

leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a

rehearing, if it is found so warranted in

future.
