                          JUDGMENT

Admit. The learned Government Pleader takes notice for

respondents 1, 2 & 5. In view of the order that is proposed

to be issued, notice to respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P-1 order issued by

the 1st respondent. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P-2

revision before the 5th respondent and seeks early disposal

of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made in this writ petition,

the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1 st respondent

to consider and pass orders on Ext.P-2 revision, after hearing

the petitioner, respondents 3 & 4 and such other interested

persons, at the earliest, at any rate, within four months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
