        This Regular first appeal having come up for orders on 05.09.2023,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The Registry shall call for an urgent report from the Additional Sub Court, Palakkad, why the direction issued by this court in the Judgment dated 13/01/2023 in RFA 446/2010 was flouted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that they have remitted the entire court fee within six days as directed by this court. But, the amount in deposit was so far not released inspite of specific direction by this court. The report shall reach before this court on 11/9/2023. Post on 11/9/2023.
