        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation and implementation of the Judgment dated 14-6-2023
   in W.P.(c) No.10791/2012, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal coming on for admission on 05/09/2023 upon perusing
   the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:

Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

Post on 09.10.2023.

In the meanwhile, there will be an interim stay of further recovery proceedings against the petitioners on condition that the petitioners remit 1/3rd of the amount demanded as tax by the respondents within a period of one month from today.
