   courts judgment dated 15-12-2022 the court on the same day passed the
   following:

Perused the communication of the learned Subordinate Judge, Karunagappally dated 13-06-2023.

For the reasons stated in the above communication, the time period fixed by this court to dispose of FDA IA Nos 01/2021, 04/2021 & 408/2016 in OS No. 25/2015 is enlarged by a period of three months from 13-06-2023.
