        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the Exhibit P6 order dated 19-12-2022 in EP No. 5/2021 in LAR No. 158/2010
   on the files of Sub Court, Perumbavoor.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   24.07.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER, for the
   petitioner and of M/S. VARGHESE K. PAUL, PETER KURIAN, KASHMEERA ASHRAF,
   SNEHA DIVAKARAN P & ATHEESHA M.V, AdvocateS for the respondents 1 to 4,
   and Smt.SHEHEERA P.Y, Advocate for R5, the court passed the following:

                                           O R D E R

Post on 03-11-2023.

Interim order will stand extended till then.

Learned Government Pleader will ascertain whether the amounts, which were directed to be paid as a pre- condition to the interim order in the appeal preferred from the Award, has been effected or not. Both parties will get ready for hearing.
