        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to

        (a) stay all further proceedings in EP No. 3/2022 in O.S No.
   109/1999 on the file of the Sub Court, Chengannur, till the disposal of
   the Original Petition (Civil).

        (b) direct the Sub Court, Chengannur to issue certified copies of
   the orders in Exhibit P2, P3, P5 and P6 petitions filed in E.A Nos.
   65/2023, 66/2023, 73/2023 and 74/2023 in EP 3/2022 in O.S 109/1999 on its
   file, as per the copy application Nos. 357/2023 and 362/2023, forthwith.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   18.10.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.PREMNATH, SARATH M.S &
   MANI GOVINDA MARAR, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
   following:
