                                JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1

and 2. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued, notice

to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

2. The revised proposal submitted for appointment of the

petitioner has not been approved. It is submitted that the

appointment of a junior has been approved making it clear that

it shall be only after the approval of the petitioner. The

petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 representation before the 1 st

respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is

disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P3 representation in accordance with Ext.P1

proposal submitted by the Manager, after hearing the petitioner WP(C) NO. 35256 OF 2023

and other interested persons at the earliest, at any rate within

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
