        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to add an endorsement regarding the
   judgment and decree passed by the Additional Munsiff Court
   Thiruvananthapuram in OS No.23/2008 in the encumbrance certificate of the
   property of the petitioner till the disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.RAVI KRISHNAN, ANJU P., SUMOD K. ABRAHAM & KARISHMA M.R., Advocates
   for the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents, the court
   passed the following:

                                           ORDER

The Registry shall call for a report from the Additional Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram, as to whether the judgment and decree in O.S.No.23/2008 dated 07.08.2009 has been communicated to the concerned SRO.

Post on 07.11.2023.
