                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 representation regarding approval of his appointment.

Pending the writ petition this Court had directed the

respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the

request for approval. When the case is taken up today, it is

submitted by Counsel on either side that orders have been

issued approving the appointment.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is closed

directing the respondents to grant all consequential benefits

pursuant to the order of approval which has been granted for

appointment of the petitioner. Necessary action shall be

taken within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
