I have heared Sri.S.V.Balakrishna Iyer, learned Senior Counsel, instructed by Sri.M.P.Ramnath and I am of the view that Prima Facie case has been made out.

Post on 30.10.2023; until which time, further proceedings pursuant Ext.P20 will stand deferred.
