        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extent the time
   limit prescribed in the judgment in W.P(C)No.1044/2023 by a further period
   of five months from 24.07.2023.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 16.03.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   Petitioners 1 to 4 in I.A./Respondents 1 to 4 in WP(C) and of
   M/S.U.BALAGANGADHARAN & R.PRADEEP KUMAR, Advocates for the Respondent 1 in
   I.A./Petitioner in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

After going through the pleadings, I think the time extension petition can be allowed.

Therefore, the time to comply with the directions in the judgment dated 16.03.2023 in WP(C)NO.1044/2023 is extended for a further period of five months from 24.07.2023.
