JUDGMENT
This original petition is filed with following prayers:
To call for the records, set aside the order dated
06.12.2022 and allow the prayer in M. P. No. 321/
2022 in M.C. No. 111/2022 of the Family Court,
Ernakulam in the interest of justice.
2. Petitioners filed an application before the Family
Court, Ernakulam for interim maintenance. The Family Court
directed the 2nd respondent to pay maintenance at the rate of
Rs.5,000/- to the minor 2nd petitioner. Aggrieved by the
quantum of maintenance fixed by the court below, this original
petition is filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. After hearing the counsel for the petitioners, I think
the original petition need not be retained here. There can be
a direction to the Family Court to dispose the main case itself

expeditiously. The Family court will decide the matter
untrammeled by any finding in Ext.P13.
Therefore, this original petition is disposed of directing
the Family Court, Ernakulam, to dispose M.C.No.111/2022, as
expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that the Family
Court can decide the matter independently, untrammeled by
any observation in Ext.P13.
