Dated this the 16th day of October, 2023

The petitioner seeks an early disposal of S.M.No.1175

of 2023 pending before the respondents.

2. This Court had already issued directions regarding

disposal of such matters in WP(C) Nos.28398 of 2017 and

17012 of 2022. I do not find any reason to take a different

view.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondents to take up S.M.No.1175 of 2023

and dispose of the same within 18 months from the date of

receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
