        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to STAY all further
   proceedings in execution of the impugned judgment dated 29.11.2022 in
   OP(MV) NO. 142/2020 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Muvattupuzha
   pending disposal of the above cross objection.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI. RAJAN P.KALIYATH, Advocate for the Petitioner in CO/Respondent in
   MACA and of SRI. SOORAJ ELANJICKAL, Advocate for the Respondent in
   CO/Petitioner in MACA, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There shall be an interim order, staying the execution of the award dated 29/11/2022 in OP(MV) NO. 142/2020 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Muvattupuzha, subject to the condition that, the cross objector shall deposit an amount equivalent to 50% of the award, with interest and proportionate cost within a period of one month from today.
