                         J U D G M E N T

Petitioner, who is an existing stage carriage

operator on the route Guruvayur-Ernakulam operating

with stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-59-

K-7873, has filed the present writ petition seeking

for a direction to the first respondent to consider

Ext.P4 objection preferred by the petitioner while

considering the request submitted by the second

respondent for rescheduling the timing of the

second respondent's stage carriage bearing

Regn.No.KL-58-N-2545, in the timing conference

scheduled to be held on 17.10.2023.

2. In view of the above, it is directed that

petitioner can appear in person on 17.10.2023, the

date of timing conference fixed by the first

respondent for revision of operation of timing of

the second respondent's stage carriage. In that

event, petitioner's oral as well as written

objection, Ext.P4, shall be taken note of by the WP(C) NO. 34062 OF 2023

first respondent while deciding the revision of

timing of the second respondent's vehicle.

3. The petitioner shall take print out of

this judgment delivered today from the Website and

produce the same before the first respondent for

compliance.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ

petition stands finally disposed of. Pending

interlocutory application/s, if any, in the writ

petition stand/s dismissed.
