Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed in the judgment dated 03.04.2023 in WP(C)No.32642/2022 by
a period of 6 more months from 02.07.2023.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
dated 03.04.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.K.G.SAROJINI,

ORDER
This is an application to extend the time limit prescribed
in the judgment dated 03.04.2023 in W.P.(C) No.32642 of
2022 by a period of six more months from 02.07.2023.
2. Taking into consideration the averments made in
the affidavit filed in support of the I.A., it is evident that the
interdepartmental consultations are going on and a proposal
was sent to the Finance Department on 20.05.2023 for
concurrence as the issue involves financial implications. Now,
the proposal has been forwarded to the Law Department.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances
stated in the affidavit, I am inclined to allow the I.A. as prayed W.P.(C) No.32642 of 2022
for. Accordingly, the time prescribed in the judgment dated
03.04.2023 in W.P.(C) No.32642 of 2022 is extended by six
months from 02.07.2023.
