                                                  ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court

complaining that Annexure-A1 judgment has not been

complied with yet. Petitioner would further submit

that in purported compliance of the judgment the

respondent has issued Annexure-A3 notice to the

party respondent in the writ petition.

Thereafter, no steps were taken in this regard.

Thereupon, the learned counsel for the 2 nd

respondent would submit that some time may be

granted to seek instructions in the matter. Ten

days time is granted.

Post after 10 days for reporting compliance.
