the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass
an interim stay of Exhibit P2 order dated 28-02-2023 in EP 52/2021 in O.S No.
182/2016 before the Munsiff Court, Pala.

     This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
order dated 22.03.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. SURIN GEORGE
IPE, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:

The Registry is directed to call for a report

from the village office, Kidangoor, with respect to

the addressee, the respondent and to report whether

such an addressee is there. At the same time, the

petitioner is allowed to take fresh steps by
