After going through the pleadings in the Contempt of Court

Case, I am of the prima facie opinion that the 2nd respondent

committed contempt. The petitioner will take out notice through

special messenger to the 2nd respondent. There will be a direction to

the 2nd respondent to appear in person before this Court on

29.05.2023. In the meanwhile, if the directions are complied or the

judgment is varied or modified, the appearance is dispensed with.

Post on 29.05.2023.

The learned Government Pleader will get instructions.
