        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 16/02/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.NANDAKUMAR,
   AMRUTHA SANJEEV, VIVEK VIJAYAKUMAR & RIYA TOMY, Advocates for the
   petitioners in IA/COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondent in
   IA/COC, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

The learned Government Pleader submits that Annexure A3 order has now been issued and that therefore this I.A. is no longer relevant.

Smt.Amrutha Sanjeev, learned counsel for the petitioners, however submits that the afore order is in violation of the directions of this Court.

I notice from the judgment that I had only ordered the respondent to take up Exhibits P9 to P17 representations and dispose it of as per law.

Obviously therefore, if the petitioners have any cause against the contents of the said order, they will have to challenge it appropriately.

This I.A is, therefore, closed with the afore liberty reserved to the petitioners.
