     This Original Petition having come up for orders on 24/05/2023 upon
perusing the letter dated 02/05/2022 of the Judge, Family Court,
Mavelikara, requesting extension of time for disposal of R.P. No.12/2022
of that court by a further period of two months from 08/04/2023 and this
court's judgment dated 16/01/2023 in OP(FC) No.712/2022, the court on the
same day passed the following:

This Original Petition was disposed of by judgment dated

16.01.2023 by directing the Family Court, Mavelikkara to

consider and pass orders in I.A.Nos.501 and 502 of 2022

(R.P.No.12 of 2022) in O.P.(G&W) No.1190 of 2019, within a

period of two months from the date of production of a copy of

the said judgment.

The Judge, Family Court submitted a report dated

02.05.2023 seeking two months' more time to dispose of

R.P.No.12 of 2022.

Having gone through the report, we are of the view that

the request is genuine. Hence, two months' more time from

08.04.2023 is granted to the Family Court, Mavelikkara to

dispose of R.P.No.12 of 2022.
