seeking for a direction to the respondent-Bank to

consider and pass orders on Ext P3 after affording

an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. The learned counsel for the bank

submits that, they are ready to consider Ext.P3

application filed by the petitioner within two

weeks.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P3 within a period of two weeks.
