                                  JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the respondent Corporation of Cochin,

represented by its Secretary to consider and pass orders

on Ext.P4 within a period of one month after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, I am of the opinion that this writ petition

itself can be disposed of with a direction.

4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, within

a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment after affording an opportunity of

hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
