Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to issue an interim direction directing respondents 1 & 2 to permit the
petitioner to execute agreement mentioned in Exhibit P 1 without insisting
to furnish Additional performance guarantee and extent the time to execute
the agreement pending disposal of this writ appeal.
This Writ Appeal coming on for admission along with connected cases
on 02/05/2023 upon perusing the appeal memorandum, the court on the same

Admit.
Sri.P.M.Johny, the learned Standing Counsel takes
notice for the Kerala Water Authority in all the cases. The
learned Government Pleader takes notice for the 1 st
respondent in W.A.No.865 of 2023.
In view of the interim order passed by the Division
Bench of this Court in W.A.No.857 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023,
there will be interim orders in these writ appeals also,
permitting the appellants to proceed with the work on
executing a simple bond within a period of one week from
today undertaking to furnish additional performance
guarantee as and when this Court directs and on the further W.A.Nos.861, 864, 865, 873, 875, 876 & 879 of 2023 ..2..
condition that the final bill will not be released without orders
of this Court.
