                                JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed challenging Ext.P2 order

passed in I.A. No.2438/2014 in O.S No.102/2009 by the

Court of the Munsiff, Chittur.

2. Even though the original petition was filed as early

as on 19.6.2015, this Court has not admitted the original

petition and no interim order has been passed.

3. Sri.Binoy Vasudevan, the learned counsel

appearing for the respondent submitted that the suit

itself has been dismissed by the court below.

4. In the light of the above submission, I hold that

the original petition has become infructuous.

Resultantly, the original petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
