           NIVAS, ELAKKATHODI KARATHADAM, ARAIMBRA AMSOM, ARIMBRA DESOM,
           ARIMBRA P.O., KONDOTTY TALUK, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT-673638.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment in O.P.No.645/2020 rendered in Common Judgment in
   O.P.No.645/2020 and O.P.No.233/2021 of the Family Court, Malappuram, dated
   29.10.2022 pending disposal of the above Matrimonial appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 24.01.2023, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.M.RAFIQ,
   Advocate for the appellant, and of MR.K.RAKESH Advocate for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

Interim order is extended by three months.
