JUDGMENT
Challenging orders of transfer, the petitioner
has filed an appeal before the Vice Chancellor- 4 th
respondent. The appeal is pending consideration.
The petitioner confines his relief for an
expeditious consideration of the appeal.
2. Heard Sri.George Abraham, the learned
counsel for the petitioner, and Sri.V.S.Sreejith,
the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1
and 2, Sri.R.T.Pradeep, the learned counsel for
respondents 5 to 7, and Sri.P.C.Sasidharan, the
learned Standing counsel for Calicut University.
Without expressing anything on merits, the writ
petition is disposed of directing the 4th
respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders
on the appeal (Ext.P5) as expeditiously as WP(C) No.10631 of 2023
possible, at any rate, within a period of one month
from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment. The petitioner and the 6th respondent
shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing.
