                           JUDGMENT

Admit. Adv. Nagaraj Narayanan takes notice for the 1st

respondent. In view of the order that is proposed to be

issued, notice to respondents 2 and 3 is disposed with.

When the case is taken up today, it is submitted by the

counsel for the respondents that the sale which was proposed

to be held did not take place for want of bidders.

Nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition

is closed without prejudice to contentions raised by the

petitioner with regard to the other aspects on the loan

transaction.
