          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings based on the judgment and decree of in AS.No.65 of
   2016 on the file of the Additional District Court, Ottappalam dated 22.10.2021 and in OS.No.29 of
   2013 dated 29.07.2016 on the file of the Munsiff Magistrate Court, Pattambi, pending consideration
   of the above appeal in the interest of justice.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 25.11.2022 in IA.3/2022 and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR), Advocate for the petitioners, and P. JAYARAM, Advocate
