                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2023

This writ petition is filed, alleging inaction on the

part of the Police in executing the warrant issued against

the 5th respondent, based on his conviction and

sentence as per the judgment rendered by the Judicial

First Class Magistrate's Court-IV, Ernakulam in C.C.No.8

of 2016.

2. As directed by this Court, the Inspector of Police

(Station House Officer), Anchalumoodu police station

has filed a report, which shows that the 5th respondent

was arrested and produced before the Judicial First Class

Magistrate Court-IV, Ernakulam, on 22.03.2023. If so, the

petitioner's grievance stands allayed.

The writ petition is hence closed, recording the

statement of the Station House Officer.
