        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to order to suspend the execution of the sentence
   passed by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-II Vatakara
   in S.T.No.108/2017 dated 26/04/2021 and the confirmation judgment in
   Crl.Appeal No.132/2021 of the Addl. District & Sessions Court, Vatakara
   during the pendency of this Criminal Revision Petition.

        This application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BABU CHERUKARA &
   LISSYMOL AMBOOKEN, Advocates for the petitioner and of the PUBLIC
   PROSECUTOR for the second respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                                   ORDER

Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and on further condition of the petitioner depositing 10% of the fine imposed.
