     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
granted for the compliance of the Judgment, and to grant an additional
period of 15 days from the date of order in this Interlocutory Application
for making the pre-deposit.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI.KARUNAKARAN C.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.SREELAL
N.WARRIER Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

S.V.Bhatti, J.

The application is filed seeking an extension of time granted by

this court in the judgment dated 01.12.2021, to make the pre-

deposit for pursuing the remedy of appeal before the CESTAT.

After appreciating the reasons stated in the affidavit

accompanying the application, we are convinced to extend the

time for pre-deposit, hence we extend the time by 15 days more

from today to make the pre-deposit and work out the remedy of

appeal.
