                             JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed to direct the first

respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the overdue

amount in equated monthly instalments and regularise

the loan account.

2. Today, when the writ petition was taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner submitted that the Bank has extended the

One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme to the petitioner

and he has already deposited the first instalment.

Therefore, the writ petition may be closed, without

prejudice to the right of the petitioner to work out his

remedies, if so necessary. The said submission is

recorded.

The writ petition is closed.
