          GOURI, AGED 82 YEARS, W/O. ALUKKAPARAMBIL RAVUNNY KURUP, RESIDING AT
          PONOOKKARA KOONANMOOLA DESOM, PUTHOOR VILLAGE, THRISSUR TALUK,
          THRISSUR DISTRICT-680 014.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31/08/2019 in
   O.S.30/2017 on the files of the II Additional Sub -Court Thrissur, in the
   interest of equity and justice.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
