                                       ORDER

The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for

respondent No.1. The petitioner is the defacto

complainant in C.C.No.3634 of 2016 on the file of the

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Thrissur. The

prosecution allegation was that the gold chain owned by

the petitioner was snatched away by the accused. The

Court below convicted the accused and directed

confiscation of MO1 ingot. It is submitted that the

petitioner is entitled to MO.1. The confiscation

proceedings pursuant to Annexure A1 order shall stand

stayed during the pendency of this Crl.M.C.
