        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the Judgment and decree in O.P.No.1015/2017 on the file of the Family
   Court, Pathanamthitta dated 29.03.2023 till the disposal of the
   Mat.Appeal.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.V.SETHUNATH, V.R.MANORANJAN, OBEID ABDUL MAJEED and SREEGANESH U.,
   Advocates for the appellant, the court passed the following:


                                             ORDER

There shall be a stay as prayed for. However, on the strength of stay the petitioner shall not alienate, encumber or transfer the property, pending appeal.
