Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P1 including the conduct
of the written test scheduled to held on 5.12.2021 pending disposal of
this Writ Appeal.
This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 20/06/2023 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 08.06.2023,
the court passed the following:

ORDER
Sri.K.P.Harish, learned Senior Government Pleader submits that
apart from the counter affidavit dated 25.05.2023, filed by the 1 st
respondent Joint Registrar, the said Officer has also now filed an
additional counter affidavit dated 19.06.2023 in this case, dealing with
the various points required in this Court's order dated 23.05.2023 and
order dated 08.06.2023. Sri.B.S.Swathikumar, learned Counsel
appearing for the appellant seeks short time to file reply in the aforesaid
affidavits of the 1st respondent.
2. Sri.Mohan Pulikkal, learned Counsel appearing for R2 (Co-
operative Society) also seeks time to file reply to the aforesaid counter
affidavits of the 1st respondent Joint Registrar. Time granted to the
appellants and R2 to file reply as above. The interim stay order will
stand extended till further orders.
