        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order directing the respondents to keep three
   posts of Junior Technicians (Fitters) vacant for considering the claim of
   the petitioners till a final decision is taken with respect to the
   regularization of the peitioners in service of the second respondent
   pending disposal of writ petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   05.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.PHILIP MATHEWS &
   ASHISH MATHEW JOHN, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
   following:

                                           ORDER

Government Pleader to get instructions as to whether any orders have been passed pursuant to Ext.P10 judgment and as to why the petitioner's case also cannot be considered along with the case of the petitioners in Ext.P10.
