                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner came up under Article 227 seeking

an early disposal of the suit of the year 2017

pending before the trial court. It is fairly

submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner

that steps already completed except the pre-trial

steps and now the suit is ripe for trial. Hence,

there will be a direction to the trial court to

expedite the disposal of the suit, within a time

schedule of four months. Since the petition is for

an early disposal, notice to the respondent is

dispensed with.

This O.P(C) will stand allowed accordingly.
