The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to release the petitioners vehicles bearing

registration Nos.KL-11/V-3117 and KL-09/U-1759 which were

seized as per Exhibits P1 and P2 and also contending that the

under the provisions of the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession

Ruleds 1967 and notification issued therein.

Today, when this case is taken up, there is no

representation for the counsel for the petitioners. By the

petitioner depositing Rs.25,000/- for each of the vehicles.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to

file fresh writ petition, if anything survives.
