        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and in AS.No.21/2019 dated 30.07.2022 of the Hon'ble Sub
   Judge,Kochi and also the Judgment and Decree in OS.No.278/2013 dated
   30.03.2019 of the Addl.Munsiff's Court, Kochi, during the pendency of the
   above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 04.07.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BABU
   CHERUKARA, ARUN BABU,Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
   following:
