          SURESH, AGED ABOUT 57 YEARS, S/O.THILAKAN, THOOYATH HOUSE, ERIYAD
          VILLAGE, KODUNGALLOOR TALUK, NOW RESIDING AT THOOYATH HOUSE,
          VAVAKAD, MOOTHAKUNNAM VILLAGE, NORTH PARAVOOR.


        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the enquiry in Exhibit P4 and direct the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, North
   Paravoor to proceed with the sale in EP 169/2017 in OS 79/2015 of Munsiff
   Court, North Paravoor on the very same proclamation in the interest of
   justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   14.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.R.MURALEEDHARAN,
   K.V.SANOSH & K.V.SURESH, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   SRI.M.G.JEEVAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the
