                             JUDGMENT

S. Manikumar, C. J.

Prayers sought for in the original petition are as follows:-

"i) a writ of certiorari quashing the modified answer key

to questions 37 and 125 and deletion of question 14, 77, 126, 128

and 136 and the valuation resulting in the results and ranking of

MDS Entrance Examination 2000 as published in Ext. P-2;

ii) a writ of mandamus to the 3rd respondent to revalue the

answer papers on the basis of the answer key to questions 37 and

125 as originally suggested in Ext. P-1 and also retaining

questions numbers 14, 77, 126, 128 and 136 and to value them on

the basis of the answer keys as shown in Ext. P-1, and to publish

results assigning due ranks to the candidates based on marks

awarded on the said revaluation."

2. Matter pertains to admission for MDS entrance examination

of the year 2000.

As on today, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the original O. P. No. 35039 of 2000

petition.

Accordingly, instant original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
