                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following

reliefs:-

"a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to afford sufficient opportunity to submit online bids by extending the closing date of e-tender vide Ext. P2.

b) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to submit their online bids so as to enable them to take part in Ext. P2 tender process."

2. Today when the writ petition is taken up, Sri. R. Santhosh

Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the subject

matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.

Placing on record the above submission, the writ petition is

dismissed as infructuous.
