   all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P5 in EP No. 672/2020 in O.S
   No. 1232/2018 on the files of Munsiff Court, Kodungallur pending disposal
   of this Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 20-12-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. P.K.MOHAMED
   JAMEEL, Advocate for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
