                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following

relief:-

"To call for the records relating to Exhibit P-1 to P-3 and to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents 3 & 4 to approve and confirm the auction notified as per Exhibit P2 notification in favour of the petitioner forthwith."

2. Today when the writ petition is taken up, Sri. P. A.

Mohammed Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the

subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous.

Placing on record the above submission, the writ petition is

dismissed as infructuous.
